Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! We offer a 10-day return policy for any reason. Whether you didn't like the flavor of your product or simply changed your mind, we understand. If you're not satisfied with your order, just email us your order number within 10 days of receipt at Hubertconsumer@gmail.com.
What if I have ordered multiple items and only wish to return a few?
You can create a return for individual items you wish to send back. Please ensure that each product includes all its original components and any complimentary gifts that came with it. All free gifts are considered part of the item order and must be returned along with the original product. Please note that you do not have to pay any shipping costs!
Will I be refunded for my returned order? How long does this take?
Yes, we refund all returned orders. Your refund will be processed once we receive and verify your returned products at our warehouse.
For payments made via credit or debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account used for the original payment. For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer to the billing details you provide.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your returned products. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We also offer the option of receiving your refund through TBIO coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

How will I be refunded for a cancelled order?
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you cancel after your order has been dispatched, the refund will be processed once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

When can I replace a product?
We offer replacements for orders that are damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Simply email us at Hubertconsumer@gmail.com with your replacement request and order number.
Once our Customer Service team validates your complaint, we will arrange for the pick-up of the original order and prepare to dispatch the replacement product.

When can I cancel a product?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us at Hubertconsumer@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Upon cancellation, your payment will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–7 days.
